In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account held on the Platform.

• Allowing any third party to use your Account or acting as an agent for any third party in placing bets.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an admission by dbd678 that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for any legal consequences arising from their use of the service in their country or region of residence.
